PulseLab

Generate a steady pulse/click in-browser to probe acoustics, ambient coupling, latency, and abnormalities you already suspect.

Diagnosis over “all clear”

Rapid pulse exposes lag, speaker↔mic path issues, and duration effects. Single passes are often inconclusive — use continuous or multi-pass tests to converge. A clean “no issue” result is uncommon when you are already hearing a problem.

What you’re investigating
Mark suspected issues, pick a protocol, then Run Setup. Findings build from self-click cal + live/continuous measurement while the pulse is audible to the mic.

Self-click first (known stimulus pitch 20–22000 Hz) → stabilize levels → continuous ambient / multi-pass → interpret lag, path, and duration effects.

Snapshot IR: 3× averaged 3 s ESS (40 Hz–8 kHz) with noise gate + coherence — separate from continuous EDC.
Audio output changed — recalibrate latency for accurate coach timing.
Sprint 6: Clock jitter histogram + drift alert, BPM detect confirm (12 onsets), grid-locked IOI, 20-chirp cal with jitter history, peak/RMS meter, tap test audio timing, output device select, and A/B CSV export.
    Tap Latency Test
Start metronome, then tap the zone on each beat.
Measures motor + visual lag (no microphone).
